I guess we are in the same boat. He came, did the easy part of the job then told us he needed a part to finish the rest of the job. Multiple phone calls and emails later- no response. He answered once when we called from a different number, told us he would call right back, nothing. We hired another plumber, did the job in 1 day. Couldn't have been that difficult.

They came and completed half the job. Did not return to finish installation. Attempted to call them several times. They never returned my phone call.
